IMPORTANT Proofing/Ordering INFORMATION

It will be very helpful to print these instructions prior to entering online ordering

Proofs will stay online for 25-30 days only.  A $20 archive fee is charged to place your images back online after the 25-30 day grace period.  If you order within 10 days of your proofs going online ,you will receive a free 8x10 (please place your free 8x10 request and proof # in the special instructions section prior to checkout.

Remember these are raw proofs and have not been edited.  Disregard any clutter such as people, beach chairs and other beach clutter you may see in the proofs. These edits will be made prior to printing your package.   See website price sheet for billable graphics requests if necessary. If graphics charges apply, an invoice will be emailed to you with additional charges prior to your credit card being charged. Any graphic requests should be noted in the special instructions section provided. 

Monitors vary so proofs may appear dark or light depending on your monitor.  Your final prints will be edited for exposure and color at no charge to you.

Steps to ordering:

1.  You were given a password to enter your proofing session.  Use your unique email and the password provided.  Each family ordering should use a different email address.

2.  Choose your desired images by clicking the pink favorites button. This will save your favorite images in a separate folder for ordering. 

3.  You will be taken to another login screen where you will be asked to enter your unique email and you need to create your own password for your individual favorites file.  Each family member ordering will have their own favorites.  This is so your order does not get combined with other family members orders.

4.  Once your favorites are saved, click on the green order button. This will take you to the packages so you can begin choosing your desired package.

5.  Choose your desired package and place the quantity of that package you would like to order.  Usually (1).  

6.  You will see the package elements listed below your desired package.  Choose your sheet size (8x10 or 2-5x7's or 8-wallets) and the image for that sheet from your favorites list. When the image enlarges, click it to select. You may choose another image if you make a mistake.  Continue until all sheets are complete.  

7.  Your package may contain additional items such as wall portraits, CD's, Storyboards, coffee table books etc.  Choose the image or images for these elements of your package.  

8.  If you would like to add additional items to your package such as additional sheets, photo merchandise, wall portraits etc., scroll down the page to find these items.  Remember if you want an additional sheet or sheets, you must choose the additional sheet that matches your package. (example package F - choose additional sheet package F).  Remember to enter the quantity desired.  

9.  Once complete, select add to cart button at the bottom of the page.  Check over your package on the next screen for accuracy.  If you have made a mistake, click the update link to go back to the prior page for corrections and then update cart.

10.  If your package is correct, proceed to checkout.  You will now be advanced to a secure server for checkout.

11.  Enter billing and shipping information.

12.  You will advance to review your order, shipping and billing info. and method of payment.

13.  There is a special instruction section where you may put any notes to our staff such as edits to images.  If you ordered within the 10 day period to receive your free 8x10, type in free 8x10 and the image number here.  

14.  You may complete your order and advance to a print screen for your records.  We do not charge your card at checkout so if you make a mistake or need assistance, you may go ahead and place your order and give us a call at 843-236-5403 or email us at mbp@myrtlebeachphoto.com.    Thanks in advance for your order.
