Services

  Memory Books

We offer  memory books to memorialize your reunion and capture those memories of a lifetime. Our memory books contains photos of the committee, candid photos from your event, all of the formal portraits, a “Letter from the Committee” page, an “In Memory” page, the class directory, and a “High School Memories” and “Classmates we missed” page. The format of the books can be tailored to meet your needs. We also custom make memory books for reunions where we do not take the photographs, as well as for independent photographers.

Group Photos

Another unique service that we offer is our class group photo. We arrange for our group photographer to attend the event to photograph your entire group.  From your group shot an enlargement group photo can be printed for your group.  We offer many sizes to accommodate your groups size.

Individual Portraits

Our photographer will arrive at your event with all necessary equipment to photograph you and your group. Our photographers are experienced professionals specially trained to produce high-quality portraits. We can send several  photographers and assistants depending on the size of your event. We don’t want you or your group to wait in line to have their photos taken-we want you to be having fun!

Packages

Plan A:
If you are handling event funds for the group, such as banquet fees, adding the cost of a group photograph to the event fee will ensure every family receives a photograph and elevate the event planner to a new level. The attendees will feel as though they are receiving a free gift.

Here's how it works:

Step 1:
For an 8x10 picture, add $15 per room to the event fees. 

You count the number of photographs you will need to distribute and divide it amongst the attendees, i.e. 20 photos X $15 = $300. If you have suites or condos booked with multiple families staying in one unit, you can divide the total by the number of families and add it to the event fee.

Step 2:
The photographer shoots the picture on the day of your choosing. You pay the photographer on the day of the shoot and provide them with a mailing list or a designated drop off point in Myrtle Beach prior to your departure.

Plan B:

If there is no event fee collected, we can take orders the day of the shoot and either mail or deliver the pictures in Myrtle Beach prior to departure. The fee per 8x10 pictures is $25 and $20 per 5x7 plus $2.50 shipping and handling if mailing is necessary. We will provide you with an order form to distribute to the attendees prior to arrival and have the same order forms available the day of the shoot. The attendees can also mail in the order form with payment prior to arrival to streamline the process the day of the event.

Plan C:
You can hire a photographer at $125 per hour (minimum 2 hours)  to take candid and group photos during any event activity. The cost of obtaining a (low resolution)  CD of these pictures is $100. You can then use those photos for newsletters, slideshows, reunion website and social network sights to remember your reunion. To obtain prints, we will be glad to can  upload your photos to our web page for viewing by the attendees and they can purchase them online.  High Resolution image CD available upon request.  Speak to our Studio to get pricing
